Senior Insurance Business Developer

Insight Select is a leading independent insurance broker looking for an exceptional Commercial Insurance Executive to join their team.
Job OverviewAs a Commercial Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for negotiating with clients, creating business opportunities, and cross-selling products. This role requires strong negotiation skills, experience in new business roles, and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate with clients to create mutually beneficial agreements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients
- Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of client information and policy details
- Present the company's offerings to clients during meetings
- Monitor policies and remain proactive throughout the term
- Foster long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
To succeed in this role, you must have previous experience in new business roles, preferably in motor insurance, and hold a Cert CII qualification. The package includes a base salary of £28,000 - £45,000, a commission structure with an OTE of £60,000, and excellent career progression opportunities within Insight Select.
