Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Noble Foods Ltd, a family-owned company with a history dating back to 1920, is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. This role will be responsible for providing financial insights and support to the sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate and realistic budgeting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a financial business partner to the commercial team, ensuring accurate and realistic budgeting and forecasting.
  • Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual commercial reports for circulation to the leadership team.
  • Support the commercial sales teams, adding insight and challenge to the budgeting.
  • Monitor and report on budget performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Food manufacturing experience.
  • Highly numerate and literate.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent Excel and IT skills.

About the Role:
