About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs Expert to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, sustainability, and chemistry.
Key Responsibilities:\
• Calculate product carbon footprints (PCF) and develop actionable regulatory strategies.
• Implement sustainability standards and ensure company compliance with national and international regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with sales teams to address regulatory requests and stay up to date with industry trends.
• Support site engineers and plant managers in energy mapping.
• Develop and drive regulatory processes and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications: \
• Degree level or equivalent in a scientific field, preferably chemistry.
• Previous experience in regulatory affairs and sustainability, ideally in the chemical industry.
• Familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
Salary and Benefits:\
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a bonus structure, health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days of annual leave.
