Job Title: Regulatory and Sustainability Professional - Chemical Industry
Location: Wolverhampton
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (Competitive salary based on industry standards and location)
Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Regulatory and Sustainability Professional to join our team in the chemical industry. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to international regulatory requirements.
The Role- Support the regulatory compliance team to ensure company-wide adherence to international regulatory requirements.
- Implement sustainability standards across all business units.
- Develop actionable regulatory strategies to drive business growth and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to address customer regulatory requests and provide expert advice.
- Design and implement regulatory processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging regulatory trends and sustainability initiatives.
- Degree-level education in a Scientific field, preferably Chemistry.
- Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs and Sustainability, ideally within the chemical industry.
- Expertise in Product Carbon Footprint calculations, leveraging the Together for Sustainability standard.
- Experience working with scope 3 data collection and integrating it into Product Carbon Footprint Calculations.
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
