Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Trainee Social & Content Assistant to join our Organic Social Team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Our eCommerce websites and apps have experienced significant growth over the past decade, becoming one of the largest online retail platforms in the UK. We currently serve 70 international markets, offering our 6 million active customers a personalized shopping experience and a wide range of products through multiple delivery methods and payment types.

The Organic Social team is a dynamic and collaborative group that fosters creativity and innovation. As a key member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content across multiple platforms.
  2. Contribute to the development of social media strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize our online presence.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in our social media messaging.
