Sigma Defense is a leading provider of defense solutions. As a Senior Training Program Analyst - Aviation Fleet, you will be responsible for providing on-site support to our customer in Norfolk, VA.

This position is contingent upon the award of a contract. If awarded, the successful candidate will be offered the position subject to the confirmation of the contract. The role requires:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in any field of study.
  • 10 years of experience if no degree is held.

Possession of an active Secret security clearance is mandatory.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key responsibilities include:

Fleet Operations Support

Assist in the validation and prioritization of aviation Fleet training to meet operational requirements and provide recommendations to government personnel.

Collaborate with DOD, OPNAV, NETC, SYSCOM, and subordinate Fleet staffs to develop, coordinate, and maintain aviation fleet training policies, processes, and programs.

Policy Analysis and Development

Support Fleet aviation training policy and standards analysis, including collaboration with representatives from other military services and government agencies.

Provide recommendations to government representatives on the articulation and implementation of aviation Fleet training requirements and DOTMLP-F change requests.

Review and analyze aviation-related NWTS products, instructions, and doctrine to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.

Training and Development

Develop and deliver current, accurate, and complete aviation training-related point/information papers, briefs/presentations, and executive summary memorandums for USFF leadership on training issues.

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
