The TP ICAP Group is a world-leading provider of market infrastructure, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to clients. As a Client Lifecycle Onboarding Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for clients across various businesses at TP ICAP.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver effective client lifecycle processes, meeting defined service levels and timelines.
• Complete onboarding cases for low, medium, and high-risk clients, conducting thorough KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts, investigate, and escalate to compliance as necessary.
• Utilize screening tools for efficient client screening related to BAU cases.
• Assist with group mailbox management, respond to queries, and allocate emails within the team.
• Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
• Liaise with the Anti-Financial Crime team in London on escalated AML/KYC risks.
People Responsibilities
• Collaborate with team members to provide an efficient BAU service to clients and drive the reduction of client onboarding times in EMEA.
• Provide feedback on process enhancements to senior management.
• Foster a positive culture within the team by supporting colleagues in their daily tasks.
Requirements
• Excellent attention to detail, high organization skills, and a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Highly effective written and oral communication skills, adapting to audience needs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments.
• Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desirable
• Knowledge of financial markets.
• Previous experience in a similar organization.
