12 Month FTC Client Lifecycle Onboarding Specialist

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Lifecycle Onboarding Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities and supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced Financial Services environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver effective client lifecycle processes, ensuring activities are executed to defined service levels and on a timely basis, meeting the requirements of the business.
- Complete onboarding cases for low, medium, and high-risk clients across all businesses at TP ICAP, undertaking and thoroughly completing all necessary KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
- Monitor negative media alerts and investigate and escalate to compliance where necessary.
- Utilize screening tools to complete efficient client screening related to BAU cases.
- Assist with group mailbox management, responding to queries, and allocating emails within the team.
- Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
- Liaise with the Anti-Financial Crime team in London on cases escalated on AML/KYC risks.
- Excellent attention to detail, high organization skills, and a proactive approach.
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills, adapting communication style to suit the audience.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments.
- Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
