We operate from over 60 offices in 27 countries, employing 5,300 people worldwide. Our team is dedicated to delivering Business As Usual (BAU) activities within the Client Onboarding team, supporting the Client Lifecycle Team Lead in a fast-paced Financial Services environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering allocated client lifecycle processes, ensuring activities are executed to defined service levels and on a timely basis. This will involve completing onboarding cases for low, medium, and high-risk clients across all businesses at TP ICAP, undertaking and thoroughly completing all necessary KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
Additional responsibilities will include monitoring negative media alerts, investigating and escalating to compliance as necessary, and utilising screening tools to complete efficient client screening related to BAU cases. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with group mailbox management, responding to queries, and allocating emails within the team.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, high organisation skills, and a proactive approach. Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Highly effective written and oral communication skills are also required, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience.
Desirable skills include knowledge of financial markets, previous experience in a similar organisation, and a passion for achieving results and goals.
