Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Operations Team Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our air ambulance service. As a key member of the Operations Team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring maximum operational cover, and planning clinical staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate clinical duty rostering to ensure maximum operational cover
  • Plan clinical staff supervision alongside the operational rota
  • Ensure compliance with rota rules and fatigue management policies
  • Control and monitor on-call rotas
  • Produce documents for monthly payroll
  • Guide and suggest operational development and policy change to maximize efficiency
  • Supervise and coordinate stock maintenance of medical equipment, drugs, and PPE
