**OPERATIONS COORDINATOR **_(FULL-TIME)_

**What we need**An Operations Coordinator who will act as the key conduit between all senior members of the CAP.Co operations team, facilitating the super-smooth running of the business on a day-today basis. Reporting to the Head of Operations, essentially, the position will focus on supporting the team in all areas, paying particular attention to administrative and clerical tasks across all departments, in order to meet the organisations objectives and goals.

The places we create allow children and parents alike to enter a world of imagination where each of our builds respond to their location embodying local stories, history and folklore into our play structures, making every build entirely unique. If that sounds like your cup of tea then you should be self-starting in nature, pro-active by default and an exemplary team player, always willing to help.

**What you’ll do**You will predominantly assist the Head of Operations and Project Manager in day-to-day duties including, but not limited to, the following:

- Take minutes / notes / actions as required
- Book travel and accommodation
- Manage collective diaries and online systems
- Arrange meetings / team reviews / project debriefing sessions
- Manage the annual leave / absence tracker
- Support the team with the preparation of tender submissions
- Order and issue workwear while managing stock
- Liaise with designers and suppliers to arrange and procure bespoke play items
- Ensure the build team have a full project file printed and ready to go for each job.
- Experience in a wide-ranging supporting role (preferably in the design and build sector)
- Fantastic organisational skills
- A chameleon-like ability to troubleshoot
- A full and current drivers license

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
