Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our management team as a Deputy Camp Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading provider of children's day camps, delivering exceptional experiences for children aged 3-14 years.

About the Role:
As a Deputy Camp Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Camp Manager in running daily camp operations, providing guidance and support to staff members to deliver engaging sports and craft activities. You will also contribute to the overall success of our camps by working closely with the management team and communicating effectively with parents, staff, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Camp Manager in planning and implementing daily camp activities
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality experiences for children
  • Contribute to the overall success of our camps by working closely with the management team

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Over 18 years old
  • Availability to work during school holidays
  • A UK/EU citizen with the right to work ID's
  • Experience working in a childcare setting and managing a small team
  • Bags of energy and enthusiasm
  • Possession of initiative and ability to work independently
  • High level of safeguarding awareness
