We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Officer Assistant to join our team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, including recruitment, HR, and other related tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer the recruitment of senior medical and dental staff, including consultants, specialty and specialist doctors, and GPs.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Be an expert in junior doctors' terms and conditions, working with departmental rotas coordinators to build and authorize junior doctor rotas.
- Lead on the annual rotational doctor in training onboarding.
- Interact and establish rapport with medical and managerial colleagues.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and able to manipulate spreadsheets and produce reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid approach with both office and home working.
