About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Coordinator to join our team at Guild Care. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a central role in the delivery of our Home Care Service, working closely with our Registered Manager and Field Care Managers to supervise a team of Home Care colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of Home Care colleagues to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of our Home Care Service.
- Lead on rostering and scheduling to ensure that all clients receive their care, considering their needs and preferences.
- Support with supervision, appraisals, and maintaining records for staff and customers.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide front-line support and guidance to Home Care colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in the care sector and team management.
- Strong communication skills and ability to inspire a team.
- Ability to work 1 in 4 weekends on the on-call rota.
