Job Description:
We are seeking an OT Service Coordinator to join our occupational therapy team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the OT service, ensuring efficient operations and excellent patient care.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have experience in data entry, electronic systems, and Microsoft Office applications. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and your ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of performance. Additionally, your ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise deadlines will be beneficial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the OT service, including data entry, filing, and document management* Assist in managing waiting lists using electronic systems* Develop and maintain effective systems of work, in line with Health Board policies* Participate in CPD to enhance skills and knowledge* Manage staff queries independently, within appropriate guidelines

Requirements:
* Good standard of education* Experience in data entry and electronic systems* Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written* Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks* Professional appearance and manner* Evidence of personal development

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
