Job Description
We are seeking two highly motivated Female Support Workers to join our team in Swansea. As a Female Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support services to our clients, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services, identify needs, and develop tailored support plans.
Requirements
No experience necessary, full training provided. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Benefits
A competitive salary of £14 per hour for weekday shifts (8am-6pm).
