Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our team of experts in the Project Controls domain within Government and Defence, Nationwide. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Programme, Project, and Portfolio experience, with expertise in Risk, Cost Control, Project Controls Management, Equipment Support Manager, and Integrated Logistic Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective project controls strategies to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on cost control and project management best practices.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements
  • Current and active Developed Vetting clearance.
  • Proven experience in Programme, Project, and Portfolio management, with a strong background in Risk, Cost Control, and Project Controls Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
