Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our Integrated Project Team, you will be responsible for leading a cross-discipline team on low-complexity, low-risk projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate and contextualize project performance to stakeholders
- Define scope through exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, and dependencies
- Establish a robust Performance Measurement Baseline and manage change control
- Work with suppliers to integrate and analyze performance data
- Perform schedule recovery planning using schedule optimization and critical path analysis
- Ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment
- Work with Risk Management to identify and manage risks
- Guide Project Management in resource deployment
- Establish effective project governance
- Assure quality, accuracy, and integrity of Project Controls team output
- Identify learning opportunities for continuous improvement and skills development
- Professional Project Controls experience in one or more sectors
- Application of at least one Project Controls discipline (Planning and Scheduling, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management, or Reporting)
- Experience working in an Integrated Project Team
- Ability to travel to client sites as required
