Manufacturing Engineer Role

Are you a skilled Manufacturing Engineer looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer in Dungannon.

About the Role
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality. You will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and support new product introductions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve production issues and support new product introductions.
- Design and implement process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and labor utilization.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in a production or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing principles, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
