We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd in Glasgow.

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organisational and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating cocktails using fresh ingredients
  • Assisting in the preparation of all beverages, both hot and cold
  • Assisting with general bar tender duties, including taking and making reservations, taking and serving orders, clearing and preparing tables, bar area and bar storage (cellar etc), preparing the bill and taking payment
  • Understanding the ingredients of cocktails and other drinks/beverages to enable you to confidently deal with customer queries etc and to assist and help train other team members

The ideal candidate will have:

  • DBS/PVG (required)
  • Bar Licence/Training Certificate
  • Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Allergy Certificate
