The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver top-notch standards across the board. As a Bar Manager at Berlinkys, you will be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience, managing a large venue, and ensuring its financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the bar operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven track record in bar management, with experience running a similar high-energy venue
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Business acumen, with a focus on financial management and revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Scottish Personal Licence holder
