We are seeking a charismatic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Berlinkys, Glasgow's newest live entertainment venue.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-energy venue, creating an unforgettable customer experience, and ensuring the financial success of the business. This includes managing a team, overseeing bar operations, and ensuring all licensing and health and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage bar operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
