This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and administration, looking to work in a dynamic team environment. As a Practice & Tech Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a group of lawyers, including client contact, calendar management, and document preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a first point of contact for fee-earners, fielding calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Manage calendars for assigned lawyers, scheduling calls and meetings.
- Support fee-earners in the smooth running of client/matter lifecycles, following documented procedures.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the Firm's billing systems and processes.
- Manage travel and expenses for assigned fee-earners.
- Prepare and amend documents, ensuring they are produced in the Firm's house style.
- Assist fee-earners with LinkedIn profiles and business expenses.
- Organize business events and ensure business expenses are captured and approved.
- Support the fee-earning teams in using existing tools and technology.
- Contribute to requirements gathering for new technology and solutions.
- Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a team in a similar professional services environment.
- Excellent IT skills across a range of MS Office and business management applications.
- Ability to manage calendars for multiple individuals and apply judgement to ensure the best use of people's time.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a consistently high standard.
