Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Service Manager in coordinating between service reception and the workshop on repair assignments.
- Ensure that the right technician is allocated the right job, promoting efficient workflow and quality service.
- Monitor and control the progress of repairs and services from start to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the completion of service paperwork to a high standard, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and MOT standards, fostering a positive reputation for our business.
Requirements:
- Commercial technical background or equivalent experience in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers.
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Current HGV licence is advantageous but not essential.
