Job Title: Automotive Quality Assurance Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Quality Assurance Professional to join our team at Cox Automotive. As a key member of our Vehicle Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our vehicle preparation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial cosmetic inspections to meet contractual standards
  • Manage customer requirements and ensure operational excellence
  • Quality control all work carried out on site
  • Ensure vehicles meet the required standards for each contract
  • Identify sub-standard repairs and report findings

Requirements:

  • Experience working within rigid regulations and procedures
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of repair methods and vehicle components
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and work under pressure
