Lifeguard - Skegness

We're seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Butlin's Skegness. As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes. Your attention to detail and ability to interact with guests will be essential in providing exceptional customer service.
You'll have the opportunity to promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we'll also provide you with the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.
About YouWe're looking for enthusiastic individuals who can engage and relate with a wide range of people. As a strong swimmer with excellent attention to detail, you'll be able to monitor the pool at busy times. You'll work alongside a great team, but there will be times where you'll be supervising areas independently.
Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential, as you'll be an important part of our team. Our business is open 7 days a week, so you'll need to be able to adapt to a varied schedule.
