Lifeguard - Skegness

We're seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Butlin's in Skegness. As a Lifeguard, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld.
You'll need to have superb attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we'll also provide you with the training you need to gain your NPLQ.
This is a permanent position with a 30-hour weekly contract. You'll work alongside a great team, but there will be times when you'll be supervising areas independently.
About YouWe're looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. You'll need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool at busy times.
Our business is open 7 days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential. You'll form an important part of a team that's dedicated to providing our guests with an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.
