Poolside Safety Specialist

As a Poolside Safety Specialist at Butlin's, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our guests in the pool and on the flumes in our Splash Waterworld. You will work closely with our team to create a fun and safe environment for all our guests.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring the pool area to ensure guest safety
Providing exceptional customer service to our guests
Promoting and running poolside activities to create memorable experiences for our guests
Working with our team to maintain a safe and clean pool environment
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a natural ability to engage and relate with a wide range of people. You will need to be a strong swimmer with fantastic attention to detail to ensure you can monitor the pool at busy times. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you. However, we are also happy to support you with gaining your NPLQ with us too.
