About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Poolside Safety Officer to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our Waterworld team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests while they enjoy our pool and flume facilities.

As a Poolside Safety Officer, you will be required to have superb attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for monitoring the pool area, responding to emergencies, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

In addition to your safety responsibilities, you will also be involved in promoting and running poolside activities, creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, we would love to hear from you, but we are also happy to support you in gaining your NPLQ with us.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have a natural ability to engage with a wide range of people, and are strong swimmers with excellent attention to detail. If you are a team player who is flexible, reliable, and punctual, we would love to hear from you.
