About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our commercial building surveying team at Anderselite. As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key part in providing high-calibre professional advice to clients, with a focus on contract administration and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake all-round building surveying work, including contract administration, monitoring, refurbishment and redevelopment projects, pre-acquisition surveys, PPM, technical due diligence, and general building surveying commercial work.
  2. Work primarily within the commercial sector, with an opportunity to focus on project management.
  3. Provide expert advice to clients on building surveying matters, including contract administration and dilapidations.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. MRICS with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
  2. Degree in Building Surveying.
  3. Excellent report writing skills.
  4. Expertise in general building surveying, including contract administration and dilapidations.
  5. Experience of working in a proactive commercial environment.
