Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join our Building & Project Consultancy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering expert advice and professional services to property owners, businesses, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Proactively assist the Building & Project Consultancy team in the day-to-day delivery of projects.
  • Undertaking building surveys and site inspections.
  • Production of Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, and PPM schedules.
  • Preparation of Schedules of Work and Specifications for all types of maintenance, construction, and development projects.
  • Delivery of contract administration services.
  • Fund Monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Capable report and specification writing skills.
