Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Building & Project Consultancy team to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough building surveys and site inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, schedules, and specifications for various projects, including maintenance, construction, and development initiatives.
  • Administer contracts and ensure timely completion of projects, while maintaining open communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor funds and ensure effective financial management.
  • Work closely with external clients and consultant teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong report writing and specification skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • MRICS qualification or equivalent experience.
