Chef de Partie Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our prestigious hotel located in the Kingsbridge area of Devon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the creation of exceptional fine dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with colleagues
  • Focus on sustainable practices to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menus
  • Manage kitchen operations efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end restaurant or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Desirable: Rosette experience and knowledge of locally sourced ingredients
