Job Title: Evening Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Evening Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead Worcester.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our care team to ensure that each individual receives the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
  • Legal right to work in the UK
  • Adaptability and a personable nature
  • Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others
