About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to our clients with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs.
- Assisting with medication management and clinical equipment.
- Supporting our clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A kind and caring nature.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- A full driver's license and own means of transportation.
