About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs.
  • Assist with medication management, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure high-quality care.
