Job Title: AI Governance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Governance Lead to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure the responsible use of AI across our business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI systems that are transparent, explainable, and fair.
  • Conduct regular ethics reviews and audits of AI models to ensure compliance with ethical standards.
  • Provide training and capacity building programs to raise awareness and embed responsible AI practices across the organization.
  • Engage with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and technology partners to advocate for ethical AI practices.
  • Implement impact assessments for all AI projects to evaluate their ethical, social, and legal implications.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in responsible AI, data ethics, strategy development, and execution.
  • Expertise in AI ethics and governance, including knowledge of ethical issues associated with AI, such as bias, fairness, and transparency.
  • Strategic leadership and policy development skills, with the ability to influence internal policies and contribute to industry-wide standards.
  • Advanced technical skills, with a strong understanding of complex AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Effective communication and advocacy skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI and ethical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative and influential leadership skills, with the ability to work within matrix organizations and lead cross-functional teams.
