**About the Role:**
This role is responsible for performing data collection and analysis on production performance, efficiency, and cost metrics using statistical analysis and simulation software.
The successful candidate will lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives and workshops, applying comprehensive and quantitative analysis to data to improve manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**
A college or university degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience is required. The ideal candidate should have a basic level of relevant work experience and excellent collaboration skills.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
