About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to join our team at Unite Students. As a Customer Experience Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our students and will be responsible for providing a welcoming and helpful service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a welcoming front of house reception service to our students
  • Conduct flat viewings and inspections, and lead sales conversations to ensure our students have the best possible experience
  • Plan and run events for our students to enhance their living experience

  • A caring and warm individual with a positive attitude
  • An excellent communicator who is happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
  • Great time management and organisational skills to ensure our students receive a high level of service
