Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Team Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, working closely with the Clinical Lead to expand and develop the staffing establishment and shape the service to deliver a high-quality service to our patient group.
You will conduct initial triage, assessments, and follow-up appointments, working closely with the Adult Mental Health Teams to provide tertiary care for individuals and specialist advice.
The postholder will also be responsible for conducting face-to-face assessments at the Warneford Hospital and some consultations via a digital platform, depending on patient need and availability.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and experience:
- RMN, Social Work, or Occupational Therapy Professional Qualification
- Experience of caseload management, highly complex and difficult clinical situations, and cases
- Specialist or advanced skills attained in assessment
- High-level experience of management and performance management skills
- Experience of developing and leading service development and ability to demonstrate positive outcomes for patients and carers
