Job Title: Second Line Technical Support Specialist

DK Recruitment are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our client, a growing Managed Service Provider based in Truro. This exciting opportunity offers great career progression and extensive training to excel in your IT career.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting customers on the service desk on a daily basis, including automated faults resolution and customer reported fault resolution
• Strong communications skills and an ability to talk with customers at all levels with a good clear and friendly telephone manner
• Updating the internal knowledgebase with issue resolution details

Requirements:
