We require a compassionate and experienced professional to undertake crucial tasks such as initial contact with medium-risk victims, delivering empathetic support, and establishing connections with appropriate resources. Your responsibilities will also involve recording interactions on our database and working collaboratively with other teams and external partners to provide a comprehensive response to victims' needs.

Core Responsibilities:
• Conducting initial assessments to determine victims' specific requirements and preferences.
• Maintaining detailed records of victim interactions and case progressions.
• Facilitating access to essential resources, services, and support systems for victims.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a relevant field (preferable).
• Significant experience in handling complex cases involving domestic abuse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of cultural sensitivities and victim perspectives.
• The ability to handle confidential information with tact and professionalism.

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity comes with a salary of £26,124 per annum, a flexible schedule of 37 hours per week, and a limited-time employment contract until 31st March 2026.
