About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice in the North, Scotland and Northern Ireland region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering major multi-disciplinary design projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the project team to deliver projects to agreed targets, including programme, budget, and quality.
- Identify and manage potential contractual and commercial risks, as well as opportunities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with clients and project teams, including subcontractors and partners.
- Develop and agree commercial trading arrangements and communication plans with other teams.
- Assemble and own the project delivery programme and delivery plans, protecting AtkinsRéalis' commercial interests.
Requirements
- Chartered Engineer, Architect, or Project Manager with experience managing design and construction on large infrastructure projects.
- APM PMQ or equivalent recognized level of competence in Project Management.
- Experience with deploying various forms of construction contract, including NEC3 or 4 and bespoke forms.
- Familiarity with BIM and 3D modeling tools for design and coordination purposes.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and growth propositions, bringing value to the business.
