Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate team at Turner & Townsend. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with Turner & Townsend's policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Real Estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
