Oxford Summer Courses seeks an experienced academic to join our team as an Advanced Subject Tutor. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality educational content to students and providing guidance and support as needed.
About the RoleThis part-time position requires 18 hours of semester work per week. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge and relevant teaching experience, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative educational content to students
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students as needed
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and resources
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong subject matter expertise and teaching experience
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
Competitive Hourly Rate:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £41-£55, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that accommodation and travel expenses are not covered by the employer.
