Tutor for Students with Special Educational Needs

We are excited to welcome a Tutor for Students with Special Educational Needs to our Polaris team As a critical member of our staff, you will play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that enables students with special educational needs to reach their full potential.
This term-time only position comes with a salary range of £28,000 - £38,000, recognizing the importance of your expertise and dedication in shaping the lives of our students.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans that address the diverse needs of our students
- Providing one-on-one support and small group instruction to students with SEND
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and collaborating with colleagues to inform instruction
