We seek experienced consultants who thrive in an autonomous, hybrid working environment, supporting and leading our sales & marketing division, including hiring and developing a team.

The role will also span our TalentSpark business, engaging with early-stage high growth businesses across various sectors, providing unparalleled service and expertise to candidates and clients.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to build and develop relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Proactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through various channels, including job boards, CRM systems, third-party databases, LinkedIn, networking events, and referrals.
  • Achieving personal and team financial targets, contributing to the overall success of the business.
  • Commercial acumen, first-class customer service, results-driven approach, and excellent networking skills are essential.

We offer a competitive base salary, flexible hybrid working, additional holidays throughout the year, and exotic holidays.

Our benefits package includes a sabbatical policy: 2 weeks' additional holiday after 5 years' service and 4 weeks after 10 years. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience.
