Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

At Ambitions Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe handling, disassembly, and cleaning of dirty and used components, and then inspection, new parts identification, and reassembly of mainly engines, transmissions, and axles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to HSE Policy: Promote good practice through the team and complete all assigned safety training.
  • Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair failed units with a high degree of mechanical and electronic understanding.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction by testing and evaluating completed units.
  • Quality and Customer Satisfaction: Deliver defect-free products and services, right first time and on time in full, and maintain high-quality workmanship.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the developmental progress and on-the-job training of new engineers and apprentices.
  • Field Operation Support: Ensure the smooth running of the field operation and meet departmental objectives and targets.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and check lifting and calibrated equipment, reporting any defects or concerns immediately.
Requirements:
  • A current driving license is essential.
  • 5 years of experience working in a mechanical and engineering environment with hands-on experience with engines and transmissions.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical analytical and diagnostic skills.
  • Customer relationship skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
