Key Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing Paraplanning operations and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality reports,
  • Managing a team of Paraplanners, providing guidance, support, and feedback,
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity,
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication,
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices,
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development,
  • Contribute to business growth and expansion through innovative ideas and strategic thinking.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field,
  • At least 5 years of experience in Paraplanning and team management,
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively,
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and industry standards,
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions,
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
