The Grimsby Institute, part of the TEC Partnership, is seeking a skilled EHCP Facilitator to support learners with educational needs. This role involves organizing EHCP annual reviews and collaborating with curriculum staff and external professionals.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize EHCP annual reviews and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Support EHCP Coordinators in their duties.
- Collaborate closely with curriculum staff and external professionals.
Requirements
- High level of organizational skills.
- Excellent IT skills.
- GCSE Level 2 in Maths and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenging conversations.
